Hair Dreams by Christal, Inc. (HDBC) is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization founded and incorporated in 2008 by Christal Mercier. HDBC is dedicated to providing non-surgical hair restoration services at no cost or on a sliding scale to qualifying applicants. We serve men women and children suffering with hair loss due to cancer, alopecia,  burns, etc. Other causes are traumatic experiences, medication and stress. Hair loss reaches across all social, racial, and economic spectrums. It does not pick and choose who it will affect.

Our organization specializes in hair replacement systems and wigs utilizing “undetectable” techniques which deliver the illusion of “true hair restoration.” It is our goal to assist in the restoration of self-esteem and to aid in rebuilding confidence by enhancing the outward appearance.

By donating to HDBC, you are agreeing to the following terms: Hair Dreams by Christal Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by the law. Unless designated otherwise, all funds will be deposited into the HDBC unrestricted account.
